This retreat invites you to connect with your spiritual-self in the midst of the everyday! Retreatants make a commitment to daily half-hour visits with their spiritual guide and one half-hour of private prayer each day of the retreat. Personal schedules are arranged with the Spiritual Guide. Daily opportunities for prayer are offered throughout the week.

The group will gather for both presentations, common prayer, and meals. Retreatants will also have the option for common recreation such as canoeing, hiking, etc.

Guided Silent Retreat

We offered our first silent retreat for 5 of our students. The weekend was primarily spent in private reflection on our relationship with God and with each other. We gathered together for meals and for morning and evening prayer. The retreat concluded with the Sunday Eucharist at the Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville.

Rattler Awakening 13 Staff Retreat

With approximately 60 student staff of the Rattler Awakening on retreat, the one-day retreat was filled with opportunities for prayer, presentations, and small group discussions focusing on the Marianist charism and its integral role in the Rattler Awakening Retreat program.

Daily Scripture

1 John 2:24-25
Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that he made to us--eternal life.
