Meet with scholar at least twice monthly (sign summaries for submission to program office)
During the second week of each semester, meet with scholar to assess needs
Monitor scholar academic progress and report concerns to program office
Identify scholar skill deficits and address and report to program office
Identify barriers to student success and report to program office
Assist scholar with completion of Qualification Profile
Assist scholar with creation of Individual Progress Plan (update each semester)
Assist on advising, registration and recommended tutoring
Recommend workshops tailored to scholar needs
Review and edit scholar personal statement
Suggest graduate programs and guide the review of programs
Assist scholar in application process
