Financial Benefits

Students who are admitted and invited to participate to the Marianist Leadership Program receive financial assistance of $3,000 each calendar year available through the Marianist Trust and given out through the St. Mary's Financial Aid Office. This assistance, which is renewable each year through reapplication, supplements other scholarships awarded by the University. However, if students admitted to the Marianist Leadership Program had originally received work-study as part of their Financial Aid package, this work-study is no longer available and the funds will now come from MLP instead.

This fund exists due to the consistent work and constant generosity of many Marianist Religious working at the University over many years who have donated a portion of their salaries to establish this fund. It functions to support students and programs most likely to continue instilling the Marianist heritage and values into the life of St. Mary's University.
