About the Marianist Leadership Program

The Marianist Leadership Program has existed for more than a decade here at St. Mary's University. At its core, the program develops student servant leaders in the Catholic Marianist tradition. Students reflect on our world in light of Catholic Social Teaching and identify areas of concern. They grow in awareness of the needs of our world and take action in these areas through their service activities which make up an important part of our program. Students then reflect back theologically on their service experiences as well as the needs in our world in order to better see the part they've helped play to more fully integrate their faith and culture.

The Marianist Leadership Program is designed to assist in the continued formation of the servant leaders.
