Supplemental Instruction and Peer-Led Team Learning
Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a series of weekly reserved sessions for all students who want to
understand course material better and to improve their grades.
Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) is a weekly workshop activity designed by the course instructor to
reinforce important concepts.
SI and PLTL offer you a chance to get together with classmates, discuss concepts, develop strategies, and test
yourself before the professor does. Join a group early in the semester for best results. To make the most of your
sessions, attend regularly and come prepared to ask questions.
