St. Mary's University, in partnership with Trinity University, hosts The LeaderShape Institute®. Named by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation as an “exemplary program,” The LeaderShape Institute® is an intensive, energizing, six-day educational experience designed to equip young adults to become extraordinary leaders.

Learning outcomes for the LeaderShape Institute® include:

• Increasing the commitment to acting consistently with core ethical values, personal values and convictions
• Enhancing capabilities to develop and enrich relationships as well as strengthen their commitment to respecting the dignity and contributions of all people
• Embracing a belief in a healthy disregard for the impossible
• Developing the capability to produce extraordinary results

The LeaderShape Institute® is open to any undergraduate student at St. Mary's University interested in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their role in leading others with integrity.
