2012 Fall Recruitment Program
The Fall Recruitment Program is designed specifically for employers that may have hiring needs for the summer of 2013 or are seeking students for permanent positions from the Class of 2013. Through this program, we collect student resumes and other requested application materials, distribute them electronically to employers and schedule interviews on our campus for the employer's desired date. If you are unable to come to campus but still wish to receive applications you can select the "Resume Collection" option when registering.On Campus Interview Sessions

Early Interview Week: Aug. 13-17
Round 1: Aug. 20-23 and 27-31
September 2012
Round 2: Sept. 4-8, 10-14, 17-21, and 24-28
October 2012
Round 3: Oct. 1-5 and 9-12
Online Registration via Symplicity
To register for the 2012 Fall Recruitment Program, please log into Symplicity or copy and paste the following

into a new browser. Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password or do not have a password, click on the "Forgot Password" tab, and you will receive a new password via email. If you are a new participant or new point of contact for your organization, please click on the "Register" tab. If you encounter any problems retrieving your password or registering, please call the OCS at (210) 436-3511.
Once you have logged in, follow these steps to request an interview schedule:
-
1) Under Shortcuts, click on "Submit Schedule Request."
2) A schedule form will open. Where it says "Select Session," use the drop-down menu and select one of the 3 sessions discussed above.Please note you are selecting the session that reflects the month you which to conduct your interview. (You will see all available dates for that month once you select a session.)
3) Once you have selected the session, complete the form according to your date requests. If you have any special requests regarding your date, please indicate your requests in the scheduling notes section.
4) When you are done, click "Submit."
For On Campus Interviews, employers pre-screen resumes and other application materials, selecting only those students whom the employer wishes to interview.
2012 Fall Recruitment Resume Collections
We will have four Resume Collection options. You can choose from the following sessions:Resume Collection Round 1 will deliver resumes and application materials to employers on July 7, 2012.
Resume Collection Round 2 will deliver resumes and application materials to employers on August 25, 2012.
Resume Collection Round 3 will deliver resumes and application materials to employers on September 22, 2012.
Resume Collection Round 4 will deliver resumes and application materials to employers on October 6, 2012.
IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

- June 15, 2012 Deadline for employers to register for Early Interview Week. Employers registering for all other sessions have until July 3, 2012 to register. If you wish to register after July 3, 2012 please call Alicia and she will register you via phone.
- June 16, 2012 Student bidding/applying opens
- July 1, 2012 Employers can log in and view resumes
- July 20, 2012 Candidate selections due (via Symplicity) or they can be emailed.
- August 6, 2012 Schedule available to employers in Symplicity
- August 7, 2012 Employers can log in and view resumes
- August 14, 2012 Candidate selections due (via Symplicity) or they can be emailed.
- August 19, 2012 Schedule available to employers in Symplicity
- August 16, 2012 Employers can log in and view resumes
- August 23, 2012 Candidate selections due (via Symplicity) ) or they can be emailed.
- August 29, 2012 Schedule available to employers in Symplicity
- September 10, 2012 Employers can log in and view resumes
- September 14, 2012 Candidate selections due (via Symplicity) ) or they can be emailed.
