Major Program
The Exercise and Sport Science major prepares students for various careers. The major equips student with the academic knowledge and the practical experience necessary to work in a variety of recreational and fitness settings. Students interested in teaching physical education and/or coaching in secondary schools choose Exercise and Sport Science as a first or second teaching field. The major also serves as preparation for graduate study in areas such as exercise physiology, athletic training and sports rehabilitation.Student interested in working in a "movement" environment, such as athletics, physical education, athletic training, fitness and personal training, would enjoy the Exercise and Sport Science major.

- Prevention & Care of Activity-Related Injuries
- Biomechanics of Human Movement
- Current Issues in Exercise & Sport Science
- Tests and Measurements
- Human Anatomy and Physiology of Exercise Wellness
- Advanced Principles of Exercise and Sport Science

Minor Program
