Minor Program

The program consists of a minor and a related major. The Minor in Counseling and Human Services requires 18 semester hours. Majors suggested are Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Biology, or other fields concerned with human behavior.

The courses in the Minor are designed to provide an overview of the issues, problems, and client populations being addressed by human service programs, as well as providing the learning experiences for the development of the knowledge, skills, and techniques required at the undergraduate level.

For more information, please see the degree plans and course catalog.
