To promote the idea of Building Balanced Leaders for the World Communities through academic excellence, active involvement within St. Mary's as well as the local community and by living the Fraternity principles of virtue, diligence and brotherly love.

Sigma Phi Epsilon is a member of the North American Interfraternity Conference and a member of St. Mary's University Interfraternity Council.
