AFLV MISSION: The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values provides experiences that challenge and encourage fraternity/sorority members to live ethical values and implement best practices.
The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values exists to stimulate the growth and development of fraternity/sorority council and chapter leaders by promoting leadership, educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their advisors, and the larger fraternal market.

The LeaderShape Institute is an interactive, energizing, and unique experience that builds leadership skills no other program can match. And since 1986, over 31,000 participants from all over the world have graduated from our program.
The purpose of the The LeaderShape Institute is to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants and facilitators , which is demonstrated on their campus, in their community, and within their organization.
