Program of Study

The Master of Arts in Reading is a 36-hour, non-thesis program. Students must complete 15 hours in reading, multicultural concepts, linguistics, and 6 hours in professional education (elementary education courses for holders of High School Certificates, secondary education for holders of Elementary Certificates). Students must pass a written comprehensive examination over all coursework.
