Industrial-Organizational Psychology is a 40 semester hour thesis or non-thesis program. The program emphasizes the quantification of human behavior and industrial activities including the areas of personnel selection and testing, job analysis and evaluation, performance appraisal, organizational behavior, training systems, and survey technology.
