Career Opportunities:

Christian churches offer many opportunities to men and women holding the M.A. in Pastoral Leadership/Administration. These include positions as pastors, ministers, deacons, local or regional administrators, teachers, youth directors, retreat directors, adult education coordinators, directors of service programs for the sick, the poor, and the elderly, etc. The M.A. program also offers opportunities for in-service enrichment and theological updating for more effective ministry and career advancement.
