November 2012, Guest Speaker: Dr. Peter WallensteenPeter Wallensteen is a leading international researcher, a Senior Professor of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University in Sweden, and a Research Professor Peace Studies at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame. He is also the director and founder of the Uppsala Conflict Data Program, the most widely-used data source on Global armed forces.
