Welcome

The Master of Arts in Educational Leadership combines the essentials of general education administration with the special concepts and skills needed for effective leadership in the public and private school systems. Sound theoretical and field-based experiences will be provided.

The Master of Arts in Educational Leadership is a 36-hour, non-thesis program designed for educators aspiring to become team leaders, mentor teachers, department chairs, instructional coordinators or administrators. This program provides an excellent route for first- and second-year teachers to develop professional expertise and fulfill continuing professional education (CPE) hours, while being part of a community of educators dedicated to professional excellence.  If you are intersted in being part of a special program which emphasizes community, service and quality, then please contact us.  We would love to hear from you!

State of Texas Principal Certification is available through this program.  Educators interested in obtaining Principal certification should contact the program director.
