By now, St. Mary's University should have received your son or daughter’s final high school transcript. If St. Mary’s has not received the final high school transcript, your son or daughter will be notified by the Registrar’s Office via e-mail. They will be instructed to submit this transcript before priority registration begins. Any transcripts not submitted will result in a hold being placed on their account and the student will not be allowed to priority register until the admission requirement to submit their final high school transcript has been fulfilled. 

Similarly, if your student attended any colleges or universities prior to enrollng at St. Mary’s and the official final transcript has not been submitted, a hold will result on his or her account.

In addition to the e-mail notification, your son or daughter will have access to any holds information via Gateway. Any questions related to holds as a result of missing documents can be addressed to the Registrar’s Office.
