EG 3363 Microprocessors I - 3 semester hours
This is the first part of a two-semester course sequence that is intended to familiarize students with the development of microcontroller-based products. The first goal of the course is to teach students the skills of assembly language programming in general and the HCS12 Motorola microcontroller in particular. The second goal of the course is to introduce and familiarize students with different architecture and hardware design in microcontrollers using HCS12 as a model. The course is accompanied by laboratory assignments throughout the semester. Pre-requisites: EG 1302/04, EG 2341.
