Introduction to Kitchen and Bath Design is a course intended for designers, architects and homebuilders interested in expanding their knowledge of kitchen and bath design as well as those who are entering the industry. The program is 13-weeks long and is 39 class hours.

The course teaches concepts such as the BasicWork Triangle that will help you become a more successful practitioner. A combination of coursework, trips to top showrooms and visits from guest speakers are included. All lessons are based on the requirements of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Guidelines.

Instructor

R.M. "Skip" Shingledecker, CKD, CBD, began remodeling kitchens and baths in 1973 and has been involved in all aspect of residential design for over 45 years. After meeting the rigid NKBA educational standards, he achieved the CKD and CBD certifications.
