Digital Portfolio

The Digital Portfolio workshop introduces the student to the concept of electronic portfolio creation and utilization. Students will learn how to coordinate their design boards, graphs, diagrams and written documents into unified files that will appear as an e-portfolio that will facilitate communication with business partners and clients. This will also create printable documents from the images.

This course covers the electronic portfolio creation by defining the various elements that compose good design, including:

• Historical Use of Portfolios
• Material Selection
• Organization of Content
• Online Resources
• Formatting, Sharing, and Uploading
• Students can expect to create and publish their first portfolio
