Participation Form

Candidates for July, August, and December graduation must complete and return a Commencement Ceremony Form to the Office of the Registrar, regardless of your intent to participate in Commencement Exercises, no later than Friday, November 20 at 5 p.m. Each graduating student will receive eight tickets as seating in the Bill Greehey Arena is limited.

Ticket distribution will begin Wednesday, December 9 for students submitting a Commencement Ceremony Form by November 20 deadline.

Waiting list: If for some reason you are in need of additional tickets, a wait list for extra ticket will begin on December 9, 2009 at 8:30. If for some reason you still do not receive all the tickets that you would like, any remaining tickets will be distributed immediately after graduation rehearsal, December 12, 2009. Wait list tickets will be distribute on December 11, 2009 at 8:30.

Children age 3 and under do not need tickets provided they can sit upon an adult's lap for the duration of the ceremony.

A valid St. Mary's University identification card is required.

***Please note that no tickets are required for the Baccalaureate Mass.***
