Baccalaureate Mass

Graduates are to assemble for the Academic Procession in cap and gown by 6:30 p.m., Friday, December 11, in the Alumni Athletics & Convocation Center, Auxiliary Gym. Please line up according to height, shortest to tallest, in two lines, side-by-side for the procession to the Mass site. Staff will be on hand to assist you.

Master's and Ph.D. candidates do not bring hoods to the Baccalaureate Mass; you will be hooded by your respective deans during Commencement.

Baccalaureate Mass will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets for the Baccalaureate Mass are not required.

Non-Catholics are welcome and will feel comfortable at this traditional ceremony.

Graduates and their families are invited to attend a reception following Baccalaureate Mass hosted by Charles L. Cotrell, Ph.D., President, and Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs, Andre Hampton, J.D.
