Applying for Graduation
If you are planning to graduate in May, please submit your Application for Degree card (available in the Registrar's Office) by Friday, January 25. This card is required for final graduation audit, diploma order, publications and to be included in the commencement ticket distribution.Baccalaureate Mass

Graduation Events
Here you will find a complete schedule of graduation events, including information about cap and gown distribution, invitations and photo orders, graduation rehearsal, and more for candidates for May 2013 graduation.
Final Grades
Note that final grades for graduation candidates are due approximately one week prior to graduation. If graduates require final official transcripts for graduate school, medical school, job interviews, etc., you are encouraged to submit these requests early as requests are processed in the order received.
Guest Tickets
Guest tickets are required as seating in the Alumni Athletics & Convocation Center, Greehey Arena is limited. To help you plan for this event and to accommodate additional guests, overflow seating without tickets will be directed to the University Center Conference Room A, where they may view a live broadcast of the Commencement Ceremony.
Please note that the University Center (UC) will be open with approximately 440 extra seats. No tickets are required to enter the UC. The commencement ceremony will be streamed live to guests in the UC. Light refreshments will be served. Additionally, a kid's movie room (in Conference Room C) will be available for the younger guests. Immediately following the ceremony, all guests of the Bill Greehey Arena and the University Center will reunite with the graduates outside the arena.

The final list of graduates will be posted at 9 a.m., Wednesday, May 8th, on the web.
