St. Mary’s will sponsor and host the 13th Model Organization of American States (MOAS) this fall, November 5-7, at the University Center. Student delegations from universities and colleges across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mexico, Ohio, and California will gather to represent member countries of the OAS and try to solve pressing international problems in simulated committee sessions. 

This is a great opportunity for students from all schools and all majors to practice public speaking skills, engage in bargaining and negotiations, and meet students from other universities and colleges.
