Students taking advantage of any tuition reimbursement program must complete the OUTSIDE EMPLOYER PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT form and send it to the Business Office by the appropriate payment deadline each semester. Payments must be received no later than 30 days after the last day of class (each semester); if payment is not received, the $150 late payment fee will be charged to the student’s account.

St. Mary’s University employees taking advantage of the Tuition Rebate must complete and return the rebate forms to the Human Resources Office by the appropriate payment due date. If the form is not received by the due date, the $150 late payment fee will be charged to the student’s account.

University employees may authorize payroll deduction for other fees not covered by the Tuition Rebate by completing the Payroll Deduction Authorization form. The form must also be returned to the Business Office by the appropriate due date.
