Eileen Wall Mullen, Ph.D., is associate professor of marketing in the Bill Greehey School of Business. She holds a Ph. D. From Texas A&M University (College Station). Prior to earning her doctorate, Dr. Mullen worked in marketing at Hallmark Cards, Inc., where she was awarded the company's R.B. Hall Award for field marketing excellence. Subsequently, she held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, with her most recent position being manager of national retail training for Gold Crown Card Shops.
Dr. Mullen has taught courses in Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, and Retailing. Her research in services marketing has been published in The Journal of Hospitality Management, Academy of Management Perspectives and The Journal of Management and Marketing Research.
Dr. Wall was the 2008 Distinguished Faculty Member for the Bill Greehey School of Business and the school s 2005 recipient of Comemorative Award for Faculty Research.
