Center for Global Business Studies

Globalization has emerged as a key theme of business in the final decades of the twentieth century. The Center for Global Business Studies was established to respond to the opportunities and challenges emerging from global economic changes and political developments. In keeping with a well established tradition of active management consulting in the Bill Greehey School of Business, the Center provides service to the business community in an effort to enhance the region's competitiveness in the global arena. Therefore, the overall mission of the Center is to position the Bill Greehey School of Business of St. Mary's University as a premier institution of influence in the southwest region for education, research and service in the field of global business. The Director of the Center is Jeffrey Johnson, Ph.D..
