St. Mary's University offers unique and exciting opportunities to undergraduate, graduate and professional students to study abroad. We invite you to explore these study abroad opportunities on St. Mary's website.
After selecting the program you want, please contact the Office of Financial Assistance, to get an estimate of financial assistance. In addition, contact the Business Office to make payment arrangements. You can set up an appointment with the Business Office to go over these arrangements, but first complete and the forms below.
- Study Abroad Information Form
- Financial Planning Form- for the appropriate semester
- Refund Direct Deposit Form (Optional)
Note: This form will remain in effect unless you cancel the direct deposit in writing with the Business Office

Do not let costs deter you. St. Mary's encourages students to plan ahead financially and to look for financial support from many resources: loans, grants, scholarships, extra-curricular organizations, and personal affiliations. The Office of Financial Assistance offers help with questions regarding estimated expenses and the numerous financial aid opportunities available. The Business Office helps you arrange payment plans to cover costs as well.
Students should be aware that the application and pre-departure process will require a certain amount of money in advance (i.e. program deposits). This is especially important to be aware of because some expenses must be covered before Federal loans, scholarships and grants arrive.
