St. Mary's Softball Field

St. Mary's Softball Field has been the home of the St. Mary’s University softball team since it’s inception in 1980. Over the last 28 years the complex has been home to two national championship teams.

The Rattlers have hosted and won the Heartland Conference Tournament each of the last three years.

In 2002 St. Mary’s won its second national championship, taking the NCAA Division II crown. The national championship was the second in the history of the program, following the 1986 team that won the NAIA National Championship.

The outfield fence is 200 feet to all fields. The complex has seating for 500 fans and has an adjacent practice field. St. Mary’s has never had a losing record in the facility.
