Alumni Scholarship Program

The St. Mary's University Alumni Association takes great pride in supporting access to higher education through the Alumni Association Scholarship program. Currently, the Alumni Association provides full and partial scholarship assistance to over 70 students. Scholarship funds are made possible through money raised during the annual Fiesta Oyster Bake and the generosity of alumni.

Nominate a Prospective Student

Is there a high school senior you know that would be a perfect St. Mary's University Student? We want to know about them. Please submit his or her name for consideration as an Alumni Scholar*. As a result of the recommendation, the Alumni Association will fund the student's application fee.

To nominate a student, please provide the student's name, address, city, state, zip code and high school attended. Also provide your name, class year, address, and telephone number. Unfortunately at this time we only accept nominations from verifiable St. Mary's University alumni. Send all information to: St. Mary's University, Office of Alumni Relations, One Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228-8504.

For more information about the Alumni Scholar Referral Program please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (800) 699-9932 or (210) 436-3324 or e-mail Pete Hansen, Executive Director, at phansen@stmarytx.edu.

*Please note that submission of a name does not guarantee the student any scholarship funds. Students are only placed in consideration for scholarship funds.

We offer our congratulations to these current Alumni Association Scholarship recipients:
